Called and spoke to **** 5/19/2025 to request refund and was told that request must be submitted by email with details.Submitted email request 5/19/2025; no response received.Sent reminder 6/2/2025.Received response 6/3/2025: "The refund will have to be by check or Venmo. It cannot go back on the card due to time limit."; Sent response that a check would be fine and provided mailing address; No response.Sent reminder 6/9/2025; No response.Sent reminder 6/16/2025; awaiting response.The product backordered is advertised online at the vendor's website: ********************************************************** of 6/16/2025, item has not been received. Refund of $235.48 is requested; not willing to wait longer for product shipment.

    Hello, 

    We have communicated on multiple occasions about refund and have yet to receive a response on how to send the refund. We just reached out in a new email communication to the customer and tried to call the provided phone number. We can refund as soon as customer lets us know how he would like the refund.

    Seller responded 6/16/2025 by email that previous emails comms were not received. Responded to seller 6/16/2025 with mailing address for refund , and that no incoming comms were located other than previously reported. Followed up with phoncon to seller 6/17/205. Seller acknowledged receipt of 6/16/2025 email, verbally confirmed mailing address, and indicated that refund would be mailed with tracking 6/17/2025. **** tracking showed receipt of refund mailing 6/17/2025. Check for full amount of refund received 6/21/2025. Issue is closed.

    I placed an order on 10/25 that was never fulfilled. I have been charged and received a confirmation email that my order had been received. But no updates and have not received the item. I have emailed twice and also called and left a voicemail. No response from the business.

    Business was closed last 2 weeks due to Holidays 

    Contacted the Customer today Via email 11/27/23 and advised of the mistake in the online system and reversed charges on card.
