    I moved out in November 2023, gave them my forwarding address, and never got my deposit back. I still haven&#**;t received my deposit back. The owner is ********************* - ************. I would like to get my deposit back.

    Hello,

    My tenant ******************* left the house with much more damage to the house than what his deposit was for.  There were multiple doors with holes in them, holes in the dry wall, missing mirrors in the bathrooms, missing toilet seats ect.  The backyard was absolutely trashed, there were cracks in the tile in the bathrooms, missing shower heads, door k**** not functioning properly, a couple cracked windows, and the list goes on and on.  A major cockroach problem, the kitchen cabinets needed to be fixed.  I spent over $8000 dollars getting the place fixed up for the next renter.  I have always been a fair person, and I understand normal wear and tear, but this was way past that.  It's actually really surprising that he thought he would actually get his deposit back.  That should explain why he didn't get his deposit back.  That should explain why ***** didn't get his deposit back

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The house was in disrepair throughout our tenancy. I left new toilet seats, two tvs, the house. Had ***** problems before I moved in. The doors didn't lock, the windows had no screens, any work done on house was needed before I lived there. Very disappointed in  our tenure there.
