    I hired **** to fix my sister in laws car. She thought it was the alternator, he took the alternator off and took it to Auto Zone to have it tested and it came back that the alternator good, he returned the alternator without putting back on the car and stated that he would be back the next day. I reached out to him and he stated that it was cold outside. I informed him that I mailed him the check, and he stated that as soon as the check clears that he would purchase starter. I mailed him a check for $179.00. He stated that with his discount that he could get a starter for $100.00. Auto zone informed us that in order to get a true reading that the alternator would need to be on the car to get a true reading. **** was very rude and told me that I was delusional hypocrite. When I spoke to him that he would give me the refund just to keep my F....mouth shut, and said that I did not deserve it. I would like my $100.00 back.

    This consumer self diagnosed the car issues. We told her we cannot warranty labor. We explained we normally charge $88 an hour, we diagnose it, and try to fix the issue while charging $88 an hour thereafter. She told us the issue was with the alternator. My technician took the alternator back. We talked to her and she was okay with us installing the alternator back the next day. We reinstalled the alternator and we were able to get it started. She paid $179 and sent the check and it was just for labor. The sister in law called back two days later and said it would not start again. We sent the tech out and he was able to start it and let it start for 60 seconds, which he did multiple times. I never said I would send her a refund to shut her "f'in" mouth. She had contacted me almost 80 times and left me almost 40 voicemails, not including the text messages. She cursed at my employees as well.

    I *** not accept the businesses response:  because he lied.  I wrote a check in the amount of $186.00 for service call and to the alternator.  He did the service call but he did not fix the alternator.  I have text to prove that he did cuss me.  They are not telling the truth.
