    Oct. 2024 hired to clean and stain house and deck. Contacted to return multiple times. Refused indicating xmas light season. Finally returned in April. Finish is peeling off deck, wrong color put on. Stated nothing we can do about the deck. Deck wasn't peeling before they put product on. House needs second coat. Sprayed product and applied too thin. Product states 2 coats required. Offered to touch up spots, they are all over. Said he wasn't going to **********. Informed he was going to put a lien on house, if I didn't pay. Willing to pay when job is done correctly.Huge hurry on job to go deer hunting.

    The company hasnt responded to me, but I also never paid them. Staining the deck is a two-step process, and they never came back to complete the second step. Since theyre not responding, I no longer want them on my property and Im now seeking bids from other companies.
