    I purchased a phone from Selectel Wireless. The *** who sold it to me, ******, told me that it was an unlocked phone and all I'd have to do is put in my Sim card, sign into my ****** account and then it would be operational. I did exactly what she told me to do, and it kept saying the device was locked. When I contacted the *** who sold it to me, I was told that "they don't sell locked devices"., and to get a new Sim card. I did that, still didn't work. When I emailed about this, and requested a refund, she told me that it was too late for a refund. I explained that wasn't acceptable because what she sold me, doesn't work. Then I requested that they just ***lace the device with a different one. She emailed me back and said she'd forward the request to her supervisor and I NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN!! I have sent SEVERAL follow up emails and have received no response. This is not acceptable! You can't just sell someone something that doesn't work, ignore the issue and the complaints of a customer and call yourself a business. Thats called a scam, plain and simple. The date of purchase shows as 2/10/25 in my bank account and the purchase amount was $118.89. We are simply seeking a refund for an item that literally does not work, and we've received no help with this from the company. I have listed what I believe is the transaction ID for the purchase from my bank account. If any additional information is needed please contact me and I will be happy to get you what you need.
