5 starsIts been a pleasure staying at ********************************* for the past 7 years. **** was a very attentive and accommodating landlord. If there was any issues, maintenance was very quick to fix anything which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend living here. Thanks again ****!

5 starsI really enjoyed living hereit was a great place to call home. I stayed for two years, and if it hadnt been for a specific personal need, I would have stayed even longer. The community is located in the heart of a beautiful neighborhood in the ******************/**************** area, offering a perfect blend of charm and convenience. Its quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by scenic lakes that are great for walking and relaxing.The property offers assigned parking for residents, which was a big plusyoure always guaranteed a spot close to home. Inside, theres plenty of space, including a basement with washer/dryer hookups and lots of room for storage or even a bonus living area.During my time there, they upgraded to Fiber internet. I was a little unsure about it at first, but it turned out to be fantasticI even made sure my new place has Fiber now too!The landlord and maintenance staff are super attentive and care about you feeling good in your space.Whether you're venturing out on your own, newly married, or looking to settle into a slower pace, this place is definitely worth considering. 5 starsLiving at ********************************* has been a fantastic experience! The landlord is amazingsuper responsive, easy to communicate with, and truly cares about the residents. The property is always well-maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. 5 starsMy husband and I just moved out of the ***************************** after living there for two years. We were very pleased and sad to leave. This street is so quiet and the neighbors are always great. The owner, ****, is very on top of everything. We had problems with our dishwasher and had a brand new one within a day or two. I would gladly live in any of St. ******************* properties simply because I know I would have a landlord who is efficient and cares about the people who live in his properties!StCharlesRent.com

5 starsSt. ******************* is a respectable, family owned company. **** made himself and his maintenance team available at a moments notice and took extreme care in their properties. During our 3 years of renting, we rarely had any issues and when we did it was resolved immediately. We would not hesitate to rent from **** again if we move back into the area.StCharlesRent.com

5 starsAbsolutely wonderful family owned business. You cant find a more honest, reliable, and cost effective option in our area. **** makes himself personally available and responds to any issues that *** arise, usually within minutes. We hated to leave knowing that the experience is not the norm when renting.StCharlesRent.com

5 starsMy brother and I thoroughly enjoyed living in one of the townhomes of **********. **** and team made sure it was beautiful when we moved in! Maintenance requests are responded to faster than anywhere else, I'm sure of that. Leasing price was fair. We'd get notified of new neighbors so we could introduce ourselves. We never heard loud noises and I appreciated the noise curfew. **** was very kind and helpful when it was time for us to move. We would highly recommend stcharlesrent.com.
