    I have POA for my mother, *************************. She has had cancer 4 times, 3 different types. I have always had to take care of her during her sickness, but has lived independently otherwise up until August of 2022. She had a stroke 7/7/20, then a worse one on 5/2/22 which took a longer recovery which has led to more memory problems and having to sell her home and moving her to independent living at ************** in ******, **. She needed Assisted Living but she has a urostomy and the *********** says if you have an ostomy you have to go to skilled. I check on her all the time and have thing in place to help her remember her meds, etc. I take her of her and my dad that lives 45 min away, so having her 5 min from me really helps her and me. So for my complaint, **** Home Warranty which says its under Omega Homecare, solicited her and she agreed to a home warranty over the phone, but she did not sign anything. Because of the strokes, I have had to take over all of her personal things, as she has done some questionable things that I have spent hours and days trying to fix. I have called the **** people so many times and sent in my poa with a letter on 8/17/22. They had taken out $1091.16 plus a $189 down payment from her checking account before I knew this and could cancel it and get it stopped. I had to sell her house to be able to move her and pay for the independent living. As of my last conversation on 3/16/23, with ******, they still have not reimbursed my mom her money. I have been dealing with them since August of 22 and I need the money back. They keep telling me they will send it when they get ready. I told them I hope they enjoy praying on the sick elderly. I don't understand how they can can even say she took this out without a signature. They say they had a recording. But please note that after these strokes, she was not making good decisions. Please help, I don't know what else to do and I need her money. Thanks!

    If you need more documentation, I have all 24 pages of the **** contract, my mothers bank statements with proof of deduction, and all of her medical records.
