    Ingram Spark cannot be reached by phone, unless you book in advance and pay $25 or more. They claim to have a chat option, but for days, it just states that it is not available at this time. They have an email option and for three days they still have not responded to my simple request to cancel a change request made within minutes of submitting it, in order for me to adjust it. Their website does not allow for this simple procedure by the *********** summary, ******************** is the worst company by far that I have ever had to deal with. Their customer service is virtually non-existent.
