I have tired numerous of times to contact *********************** and ******************************* , Project Consultant and Site Manager without any resolution, except **** informed me a week ago that I needed to discussed my concerns with *********. ******************************* has refused to respond to any calls, texts, or email regarding the incomplete work and explanation of why the funds were released when the work was not completed. We completed all of the work, she had plumber & electrician work that was need and not within the scope of work, and I paid out of pocket for the plumber, the electrical work was not approved, and I have not been reimbursed. The project started off smoothly until the nephew got involved and was suppose to complete tasks that where not a part of our agreement, she has made it difficult to communicate with. She has not reached out to me. Her realtor did everything to resolve the issue. There will not be any refund. She will receive an invoice for the plumber work that I paid out of pocket for.

Keith Property failed to complete the work and was ill prepared inexperienced. He left water flowing the kitchen late at night because he didnt know to drain the pipes and thus he left water dripping/flowing until late afternoon the next days in which he destroyed the boards under the kitchen sink. He replaced fixtures over a hit wire or exposed damaged wiring that somehow he required that the light switch diode not control  the switch for the ceiling light or ceiling fan. The light remained on continuously and could have caused a fire . His crew removed the pipes/plumbing from the bathroom and when I asked him what happened, he wasnt sure. His crew took my pipes and sold them( I am sure).  In addition , he and realtor failed to do a final walkthrough for inspection. He also said that he  couldnt do the work the plumbing, the electrical problem including putting up a ceiling fan that swings ( he didnt know how to stabilizeit, that he would adjust the bill to reflect these inadequacies.

In addition, I had to get a plumber and a general contractor to fix the kitchen plumbing he caused and to do condo rehab that he said the work is done.  Well the work is not done and the now co tractor will attest to that and the electrical andplumbing especially . The new contractor will submit a new invoice if the work that ***** didnt do and redo the work that he failed by standards to do. That plumbing issues he caused, I had to pay a pku bet over $ 980 because he his ilavk of expertise and experience in which I was not well informed of his scope or lack of by the realtor and realvitalized program they validate and promote.
The work was not smooth going at any point. I pointed out several big issues at the onset involving the painting. The paint job was not professional done and the guys he had were unprofessional, cursing each other in our present and painting using a regular lamp and bulb; not even a utility light was in use which cause all the imperfections to show when I used my light on my phone. I seeking restitution and that this person mislead others for work he is ill prepared to do or have knowledge or there wit to do. I need to know what recourse is required after this besides seeking legal advice?
