Paids 265$ for a cast. Seller had excuses for delays and then stopped responding and never sent the item.

Item is NOT shipped. Only a shipping label that was created 4 days ago... And not a proof it's for the item I ordered.Until then I will pursue the process and referals.
Let me remind you the item was ordered on Jan 15 and we are now march 29 with only a pre-shipment label update.

Actually the tracking number shows that the items are currently in transit. We insure all our shipments so they are covered in case of loss or damage. Because this is an international order it may take extra time to arrive.Initial Complaint

An order was placed with Bigfootcasts.com on 8 December 2022 for several dinosaur replica casts. A confirmation email was received from Bigfootcast.com on the same date for the items ordered, to the value of USD$1,153.12 (order #*****).
Follow-up emails were sent to Bigfootcasts.com, and finally responded to in mid January 2023 that the delivery is delayed. We were promised that they would make all efforts to honour the order from an email reply received at the end of January.
On 19 February 2023, Bigfootcasts.com sent an email that the order will be shipped that week. Three follow-up emails were sent to Bigfootcasts.com requesting for an update, or alternatively, for a refund. Bigfootcasts.com responded on 28 February 2023 informing us that a tracking number for the delivery will be shared.
We have continued to follow-up with no further response from Bigfootcasts.com.
This order is now 3 months due. They have provided evasive responses up to February and have now completed ignored our emails to them / have stopped responding to our request for updates or a refund.
Furthermore, reviews from other customers have indicated that Bigfootcasts.com have behaved in what seems to be fraudulent behaviour in the past.
I believe Bigfootcasts.com are also acting fraudulently in this instance, and has no intentions to honour the order and purchase we have made.
I am requesting for your assistance in mediating this issue and recovering the payment we have made in a refund of the full payment value immediately.

I am rejecting this response because several attempts were made in January 2023 to follow up on the purchase which was responded with a promise to honour my purchase. In February 2023, further communications were sent to this company, of which I received a reply that a delivery tracking number will be sent to me. This was never sent. Nor have the items purchased ever arrived.After several weeks of follow-up emails, none of which were responded to, I resorted to Better Business Bureau to help resolve this amicably with a refund. I have no further use for the items I purchased over 4 months ago (in December 2022), as all attempts to resolve this were ignored when email communications were sent, I have no confidence that my purchase will be honoured at all. I have also had to make other arrangements and purchases for the items I had paid Bigfootcast at more expense.
Bigfootcasts have responded to our attempts to resolve this issue with little honesty, or an attempt to honest communication. The one liner response with no clarity of when is seen by me as another attempt to defraud me of my purchase and money paid.
Provide a clear and committed date for resolution. Otherwise, please refund my purchase immediately.

Hi,
I had sent a response on April 5th (as per per the communication history trail attached to this complaint) rejecting the supplier (BigFootCasts) first response to my complaint.
The reason for my rejection was stated in my response on April 5th; which is because the supplier provided no real commitment or assurance of resolving this complaint. They had simply responded with a one liner reply stating that they would honour the purchase, but without stating by when or how.
Our original order was paid for in December 2022, and following failed communications directly with the supplier in January and February 2023, we did not receive any further direct communications from them. This is the reason why I have approached BBB for support to remediate this issue.
Our order have yet been received, even though the supplier had responded to this complaint on April 1st. They have neither communicated any further on a date for resolution nor have they delivered the order.
As per my initial suspicion and as stated in my original complaint, I do not believe they have any intentions of fulfilling our order as they have shown no true commitment in doing so.
It is now 5 months since the order was placed and payment made.
I all wish for now is a refund of the money I have paid BigFootCasts.
Please advice me of the expected next steps and timeline that I can expect with regards of what will happen next with this complaint.

I made 2 separate purchases on bigfootcast.com in July 22/2022 ***** and ***** for a total of $1,060 usd I never received my products, I sent an email and they said: "I'm sorry you can't read, but the add says 60days for production" no answer since, it's been over 4 months since my purchase, they never replied to my emails again, I can't get thru Facebook, phone or the website, please help me, it's soooo horrible that they treat their clients like this and literally steal our money with no shame.Business Response

Thank you for following up, I AM MISSING THE SKULL AND ITS STAND (BASE). I received a package containing ONLY 2 footprints, however, I am not happy at all because they REPLICAS and not CASTS as specified on my purchase summary. On September 23, 2022 I ordered about $200 dollars worth of fossil casts. After a month of hearing nothing and no update to the order tracker I sent an email asking for an update. I never heard back and sent another email in November. I have never had a response from this company and have already paid the money with no option to cancel the order and no contact information except for an email they do not respond with. At this point I would prefer my money back but would be happy to know that the ordered peices are in fact coming.Business Response
