      I would give negative stars if possible. We have had two horrendous experiences trying to get our daughter's ADHD medications to her at college. We are now at 12 days since Express Scripts received her prescription from her provider. After taking a solid week to fill the prescription, Express Scripts handed it off to a delivery provider that is as incompetent as they are. No one can tell ** exactly where it is or when she will get it. In the meantime, she has run out of medication. This is a time-sensitive, medically necessary prescription that can only be filled on a monthly basis. We were not given the option to choose an expedited shipping this time. (When we tried that last time it went horribly wrong anyway, so we thought regular shipping might actually be better. Wrong.) We are cancelling other prescriptions we currently have with them. We will never, ever use this company again.

      I am writing in reference to a letter I received on January 12, 2023 from ******** ******** ****** stating I owe Express Scripts money for a prescription Otezla from July of 2018 . I reached out to Otezla and they me a detail of my account with them. I was enrolled in a patient assistant support program $0 co-pay and prior I was enrolled in what they call a bridge program. I have confirmed with Otezla and they confirmed every prescription was paid for. I have documentation from Otezla
      stating that I was enrolled in these these programs. I think the breakdown is coming when Otezla was bought by Bristol Meyers, seems medical records and programs relating to this case, where not carried over. It has been 5 years. I have been off Otezla 3 years. I have documentation to verify all this. I really hope this is an error on Express Scripts part I really hope they are not trying to take advantage of people who are sick.

      The absolute worst customer service ever. They cancelled a prescription without letting me know. I called 7 times and got the run around each time. Finally got a patient advocate from my insurance provider to help me. Together we spent 3 hours 26 minutes on the phone with various Accredo reps and still did not get a satisfactory result. They are a threat to human health and well-being.

      I paid for a 90-day supply of medication ($110) and they supplied me with a 30-day supply ($55). When I called customer service after the 30 days, they seemed to go down a laundry list of reasons why this happened and none of it was accurate. For example, I was told: my medication was no longer covered under my insurance; I needed a Prior Authorization (PA); my Rx was written only for a 30-day supply (even though they took payment for a 90-day supply); I needed to pay for another refill, which by the way would cost $110. After more than 60 minutes and passed to 3 different customer service reps, they confirmed: my medication was still covered under my plan; I had provided them with a PA 4-months prior; and I would need to contact my doctor to have her write the Rx for a 90-day supply in order to obtain the discount.I wrote a note to my prescriber and the next day she sent me an image of the Rx she sent, which showed she ordered a 90-day supply with 5 refills.Once again, I contacted Express Scripts and instead of them looking up my file on the Rx in question, they began going through the list of aforementioned reasons for the delay. After I assured them that none of the reasons they mentioned was the problem, my call was sent to a pharmacy consultant. The consultant made the customer service rep aware that the Rx was entered incorrectly and that there was nothing she could do. The customer service rep believed the consultant could fix the problem and the consultant told him she could not.Both customer service and the pharmacy made notes on my file and assured me they better understood the problem and that now a resolution would be forth coming. When I asked when I should expect the medication would be sent, I was told within the next 24 business hours. I told them that was unacceptable and insisted on speaking with a supervisor or manager. Instead, I was transferred to yet another customer service rep.No one offered to provide meds to tie me over.

      If i could put zero or negative stars I would. Never in the last years since i got switched to them have I gone 3 months straight without having to miss at least one dose of my medication due to just simple incompetence and its getting worse. Dealing with them is a nightmare. The associates I speak to are all very nice, but this company has ONE job: send me refills of my required daily medication every month as requested. It seems so simple and for something so important to my life and the lives of im sure hundreds if not thousands of others, they couldn't muck it up worse every time. I would never EVER recommend using their service by choice. I have no choice as like many others we are bound by the insurance companies. The issues seem worse now than ever as currently this is the 3rd month in a row i will be missing doses. I called on wednesday they said they would ship next day and I'd have it thursday. I reached out on thursday and was told id have it friday. Called friday they said id have it today. It is now saturday and I am still without my refill or any contact from them explaining the delay. Now here I am, medication-less for the weekend and monday at least. Missing multiple doses can be very detrimental to my health situation. But this is their normal, it is not right from an ethical, medical and possibly legal standpoint. Can't something be done to force this HEALTH CARE company to provide said service, or at the very least, I dunno, try? So aggravating, so inefficient, so dishonest, so inept. Accredo Specialty Pharmacy specializes in failure. NEGATIVE 5 STARS.

      I cant get my medication through their dysfunction mail order system that they keep trying to force me into and have to go into the pharmacy where I can only get 30 days at a time. I have never used a service this bad before for meds. **************** was snarky and unhelpful when I called.

      I spent over a month trying to get my medicine. They "expedited" it several times. I talked with ******, the supervisor, and I told him that he wouldn't call me back for f/u and he didn't. My doctor called roughly 3-4 times and they did nothing. They had the script, prior auth, insurance info: EVERYTHING. I switched to another pharmacy and the next day they called and I will have my medicine in two days. I don't recommend them. My condition worsened and I can't believe that they are in business.

      They promise they ship this and I would have delivery by February 2nd 2023. They did not ship his promised and it still hasn't arrived and it's not due to arrive until Monday the 6th of February 2023. This medication Mycophenalate motefil is a medication that I'm required to take ***** mg per day. So I will be 4 days without medication. Thank you

      This company is the worst for specialty pharmacy. Almost every month my medicine is late. They schedule deliveries that are late or never even come. My insurance prevents me from switching pharmacies. Every day I don't have my medicine I'm affected negatively and they do not care one bit.

      they had my prescription for 10 days before sending me a message it couldn't be filled. Dr sent over a script for another medication and the lady I spoke with said to call back that afternoon once the prescription was in their system and ask them to expedite it because I was out. When I called back the person I talked to said "no we can't expedite it and the other person told you false information". So, I am a diabetic without my medication and was told I would get it in **** days. Oh but they offered me counseling with a pharmacist for "letting my prescription run out"Thanks express scripts!
