    I have been using this company for about 2 1/2 years. During this time **************** has been delayed were not picked up at all and when Ive called, I was told they were shorthanded and they would get there. *** asked for refunds and didnt get them and *** also asked for credits and did not receive them. I finally called and canceled my service and the lady on the phone told me that they would not refund me my money even though I had paid for three months. Do not use DCS disposal company. They are unethical and do not stand behind good quality professional standards.

    They do not pick up trash per their pick up time. They change it often and don't pick up due to understaffing. Very bad service. I had trash collected for 3 weeks which **** in garbage gnats that entered into my home. Disgusting.

    ***** called and spoke with the office staff due to her recycling was not picked up on 7/14/23. DCS came by to pick it up the following day; however, ***** had already pulled it back in. It was no longer at the curb. It was recycle not trash so it should be clean, loose and dry. There has never been a time when DCS has not serviced this account for three weeks.
