In August 2022 I hired **** **** (owner and operator of iHome Technologies) to replace under-cabinet lighting in my kitchen. On October 5, 2022, **** and one other worker came to install the lights in question and complete the job, for which I paid $610.00. In November I began having issues with the lights falling out of their housings, and shortly thereafter several of them ceased working altogether. I reached out to **** multiple times in November, December, January, April, and May by both call and text to request that he fix the issues with the quality of his work. To date he has not responded to any inquiry or request. Now I will be forced to hire another electrician to come and fix his work which will leave me out of pocket twice for what should have been a simple task.

I have went to this customer house five times, I ordered five different lights which never worked.  I never charged him anything.  I installed 15 lights and only charged him $400.00.  He called me on Thanksgiving Day to work on something else and I did not return his phone call.
