    On November 14th 2024 I paid a total of $1000.00 to i70 performance auto repair shop. After the transaction of a cash payment was made in full the owner gave me my car key and stated your car is ready you're good to go. Once I drove off the lot not even a mile away less than 5 min the car started having shifting difficulties, fluids were leaking (power steering pump had been puncture) and speedometer was not working so i immediately turned around and took the car back to i70 performance shop and was told there's nothing wrong with the car you just don't know how to drive stated ****** *******, my key was given back things did not get resolved December ******* Had to have my car tow to ******************** on the 25th of January 2025 for the transmission not functioning properly due to worn parts. The clutch pressure plate, throw-out bearing and flywheel work together to engage and disengage the transmission so a worn component in the system can cause issues like difficulty shifting or noises if clutch isn't functioning properly due to worn parts it puts additional stress on the transmission potentially leading to premature wear and failure. New clutch replaced *******/ (Ball joint/control arm 8-13-2024) / (clutch broke again 10-27-2024 on highway 70 repaired on 11-14-2024 broke again 12-25-2024. It was confirmed 01-28-2024 the repairs I paid ****** ******* i70 performance shop for was never done through a diagnostic test at ********* ******************** for $151.00 . People lives are at risk and this is a serious safety issue

    On 8/29/22 my van broke down & it needed a new fuel pump. Tow truck took it to I 70 Performance. My van was done 8-29-22. My total was $509.36. The company (I 70) overcharged my account to $528.16.Gave me the van with gas fumes all in the van. I do have sons & grandsons. So I took the van to get a fill up. You have pictures of gas on the ground. NOT KNOWING what was going on I took the van back to I 70 so they can fix the problem. I witnessed the mechanic BANGING hard my fuel tank, having NO CLUE what was going on. 2 days later again filling up gas is on the ground still. This was the 3rd & last time I took it to them. I was cussed out, disrespected because they knew what they were doing. It was a MALICIOUS act on what they are accomplishing. 9/24/22 the new fuel pump went out. *************** Service was immediately recommended from the spot the van broke down. ***** took pictures of the pump being IMPROPERLY INSTALLED. Took pictures of the tank being beaten. I had to pay more BUT I have had no issues since *************** Service fixed the problem. In the video you hear the man say he dont care IF I got to bring them the van 6, 7 times, keep bringing the van BACK until they GET IT right. Those are the words of a man with Malicious intentions towards the customers

    I ********************************** They were supposed to call my brother in response to a refund but of no avail. I know there is some other avenue to handle this matter.
