    As a former technician at Henrys. I have probably worked on all your cars.I can assure the people of overland, ** are being ripped off. Not a single employee from Henrys three years ago is still working there due to new Management all around a shady business. The owner **** sold the business and is trying to profit as much as he can before the new owners take over on a couple years. ****** will lie to you about you vehicle being worked on or parts being ordered. Or even sell you stuff you dont need because the shop has to make money. The shop is purchasing cheap **** parts and charging you top dollar. I will never be apart of that and Im very sorry to anyone they are getting over on. Nobody in this shop now has any certificates or a inspectors license. This is not a ASE certified shop. I would highly recommend taking your vehicles elsewhere. **** AUTOMOTIVE is a block down the road with good techs an good reviews. dont be fooled by these clowns

    I went here to get a quote on a tire replacement and when I initially walked in one of the employees named **** was helping an older AA gentleman, he didnt acknowledge/greet me when I came in but I shrugged it off and sat down. 2 minutes later an older Caucasian gentleman walked in and he was immediately greeted by **** as he was still assisting the first guy. **** finishes helping first guy and then immediately asks second guy how he can help him. I let him finish helping second guy and when he asks me how he can help me Im in complete disbelief. I asked him why he helped him before me and his response was because he used to be the owner. I then tell him that Im not sure if I want to give them my business and he says fine you can leave, I dont have to help you. We exchanged a few more words and I left but that level of blatant racism was completely distasteful and Ill never return there. Hope this helps someone else thats thinking about giving this establishment their hard earned money.
