    BEWARE!!! He lies. Made deal and signed contract and gave deposit of $1000 November 2022 for job to be done in May (I was leaving for 3 months).
    On February 22nd, he texted asking if I could send him more money so he could add my paint to a large order he was placing w/Centurion. I said no and blamed it on my husband-job wasn’t for more than 2 months!
    On April 23 I let him know “we are back! Let’s pick colors! “ (I was excited). ****** replied that he was ‘completely booked and down 2 men, but he could come over one evening this week if alright with me, and I replied ‘sure’. And I waited and waited.

    And then I was suddenly and shockingly displaced from my job of 20 years!
    So I reached out on MAY 8 to let him know we couldn’t move forward, and why. It had been 2 weeks since he said he’s come one evening. Remember back in April he said he was completely booked and down 2 men, yet he is KEEPING almost a third of my money for materials he CLAIMS he purchased in November. And yet he asked me for money so he could order my stuff 3 months AFTER that.

    I can’t trust a business owner when he lies right to me. And it’s ALL in writing!

    He owes me the money!

    Well let’s set this straight. Here was the initial deposit sent to my company on November 30th. As you can seen ***** deemed this deposit fully refundable up until February 20th, 2023. 

    Yes I did reach out to add your centurion to a large order. Centurion is your top coat of your cabinets. There is still a lot of other materials needed for a set of cabinets. Including primers, deglossers, bumpers and so on.

    Even though ***** deemed the payment fully refundable up until 2/30/2023 with the loss of her job I felt sorry and sent her the remaining money after the purchase of the materials I made on December 2nd. Here is the proof of the money sent back to her.

    I have worked for many of you from nextdoor and I’m sure all would vouch for my company’s professional. 

    I have text messages from ***** threatening me at 11pm, midnight, even 1am that her and her husband were going to sue me and leave bad reviews.

    I know 100% he will claim that because I wrote that the contract could be cancelled thru February. That is not what my complaint is about and is-in fact-irrelevant here.   The contract also stated job to be done in May 2023.
    He told me to contact him when I came back to town in April. On 4/24 I did, and still on May 8 I did not ever hear back from him. We became uneasy and chose then not to work with him-for that reason.  I did lose my job while I was waiting, but I chose to cancel when TWO weeks went by and he never did bring any color selections for me to choose from. I could not choose a color without seeing the clots I could choose from!  And how could what he ‘claims’ to have purchased for my job alone  be proprietary for my job, when NO colors were chosen. If it wasn’t specific to MY job, why is he keeping my money?  The proof that I provided was his text from February asking me to send him even more money so he could purchase for my job. 
    there is no viable reason he should keep any of my money.  Nothing he could have purchased would be specific to my job And he could not complete the job in May when he never provided any color selection options.  For 15 days he did a no-show after texting (I have all texts) that he’d come over that week one evening. I had no desire to have him do any work for me at that point. If he was already ignoring me and had not even begun ANY work, I was afraid to have him do anything at all for me-or to even have him in my phone. After the 2 weeks went by and I texted that we wanted to cancel, I also asked if he could please call me so we could talk. He promised a call on 3 occasions, but never did call

    Once again I am blasted by 3 post in one hour from Jodie. 

    Instead of handling this professionally she makes post like this daily with her false claims and no evidence of the situation. 

    Her prompts and messages her with the BBB have been somewhat professional, but on social media is complete slander trying to harm my business. 

    I emailed over every supported fact and action has been taken to put an end to all of this.
