    On March 14 2025 I paid MishaJs Factory ****** to make my son a prom suit. My son was suppose to have another fitting first week or April 2025. Misha didnt contact me so my son and I has started to contact Misha which our phone calls was getting sent straight to voicemail. MISHAJs text me around the second week of April ask can we come in on April the 19th at 6:30 and we did. The suit was the wrong color and did not fit. Misha stated Ill send you a picture of the right color by the end of the week. Misha never reached back out. Misha reached out after I filed a dispute with my bank. Sent me a picture of a suit that wasnt the right color. I ask for a refund then she started send me text about a policy that I never seen about no refunds

    This complaint stems from a custom suit order placed by the client. I take every order seriously and always strive to deliver quality service and satisfaction.


    When the client first booked with me, she agreed to the terms and conditions clearly stated on my website and booking platform, which include a no refund policy. This policy is reiterated during the booking confirmation and applies to all custom work, due to the time and materials involved.


    Initially, there was a delay in matching the correct fabric color, which I communicated to the client. Once we sourced the correct color, I attempted to reach out several times to schedule a fitting and confirm everything was on track. Unfortunately, the client did not respond promptly and did not follow through with the required fitting, which is essential in ensuring the final product meets expectations.


    By not coming in for the fittingeven after being contacted multiple timesthe client did not complete her part of the process. Instead of rescheduling or discussing next steps, she later requested a refund, which is not supported under the policy she agreed to when booking.


    I remain willing to complete the work as originally agreed and have always acted in good faith. I regret the situation could not be resolved through further communication or collaboration, and I welcome the opportunity to move forward respectfully.
