    All work was completed as per our contract dated on 5/24/2023. Our company has been in business for 43 years and we do not offer pool anchor installation as that is not our specialty. At the time of the initial estimate, both owners Daniel and Lindsey were present. We did advise that several of the old pool anchors would need to be re-drilled due to concrete settlement. Again at the time of installation, Daniel had the conversation with Robert ***** that we do not re-install pool anchors post installation of our product.   Several months after installation on 8/29/2023  we received a call from ***** ***** in which we spoke to the customer. As an offer of goodwill, I did advise her that I would try and reach out to some pool companies to see if they could help her and that we would agree to split the cost. Again, this was done in goodwill and was not in any way a part of our contract for installation. On 9/29/2023 Mrs ***** called and advised she had a previous pool company come out to install additional anchors and was quoted $250 for labor and $250 for materials where I again advised her that we would, in goodwill split that cost. The following dayshe called indicating she had a bill for $641. In no way did we agree or have any agreement in writing that we would cover the entire cost of this as we had already agreed at the time of installation to include at no cost a large walkway leading to her driveway (again at no cost). Mrs. ***** became upset and again I did remind her that we do want our customers to be completely satisfied with our work and service therefore in order to resolve it we would be willing to split the cost with a copy of the invoice. We never did receive a copy of said invoice and have not been contacted since the last communication

    We did receive the invoice from Mrs. ***** last week and will refund agreed upon amount on the 15th when we pay all accounts payable monthly.

    Good morning,

    We have never had a complaint with the BBB in the 44 years in our company history. I would like to request this be addressed on the our BBB listing. It currently shows that there was a complaint, however we provided all documentation to resolve this and I feel it should be noted as such rather than listed as complaint closed.
