2 starsWe started with this company years ago due to a neighborhood discountwhich is no longer honored. Weve had guys leave trash in the street, trucks break down leaking oil in the neighborhood, and multiple missed pickups. They missed a pickup recently, and when I called to see if they could come get our trash they said there was nothing they could do. I told them next week I would have TWO toters full of trash on the curb and to make sure they got them both. Needless to say they didnt. When I called they said they couldnt come pick it up either. Apparently because it was marked as a yard waste container. Then they told me that in order for them to help me out, they would have to go back and listen to the recorded call first. I told them I was very unimpressed with their customer service and cancelled the account.

Hi *******. Your trash was missed the week of 7/18/2025 due to your trash not being out. When you called regarding this and told us you would have a second can out the following week, this would not be an issue as 2 cans (190 gallons) is your trash limit. Our drivers are not able to take yard waste with regular trash. Because the can was marked yard waste, he did not empty it with the trash. You let us know you told the customer service representative the week before that it would be a yard waste can out, but when we offered to listen to the call to see if we made an error, you did not want us to do that. We have all of our calls recorded so we are able to catch if mistakes are made on our end in a phone call. This way, we can fix and learn from our error. I would also like to add that your neighborhood does in fact still have a discount.Review fromLeah P

1 starGrace Hauling takes advantage of ************* subdivision that doesnt have an alternative ********************** Grace charges a quarterly Fuel Surcharge which Grace can make any Price they choose. Grace Hauling employees have no respect for their customers or their needs in anyway. ********************** is a horrible company all they care about is their money definitely not there customers!Grace Hauling Inc

1 starA company with no respect for their customers and in my opinion questionable morals. They accuse customers without having their facts straight and refuse to apologize when caught making false accusations!Two days ago i received an email saying i had failed to pay a bill and had to the end of the month (3 days) to make payment or be assessed a service charge. Knowing i had paid the bill i contacted them only to be rebuked by the office staff saying they had not received my check. I then sent proof of payment from my *************** web site. This was rejected as it didn't show the check number even thought the document clearly showed the check had cleared. (So at this point i was still on the hook to make a double payment or face a service charge, even thought they knew i had submitted a check).I then contacted my bank and the bank faxed a copy of the check showing the it had not only been received by Grace but deposited in the ************************** When i called them back and asked for an apology in writing it was refused and they tried to blame me for the incident by not providing a check number. If the owner of this company hired the office staff then he has no respect for his customers as they certainly do not.Grace Hauling Inc

We apologize for the issue. The system generates a notice to all our customers if payment has not been received. We are human and as you are aware humans make mistakes. The only way that we can look to see if a check is applied wrong is to have a check number. Once *************** notified us of the check number the mistake was found and corrected. At that time the late fee was waived. We truly apologize for any inconveniences you were cause by the mistake that was made. We apologize for the way you were spoken to. 1 starHorrible service. They tried to charge me a fee for something they did wrong. When I called them they were very rude and unwilling to Work with me to figure what was wrong. I talked yo the manager and she was just as rude as the others in the office. Just read the reviews. They are NOT nice people in yhe office.Review fromDan G

1 starTerrible ******************* Very Rude people that pick up the phone. I have cancelled service with this trash company due to the price continuing to increase. I havent received my refund from them and I canceled May 15 2024. They have their dumpster back and there is no excuse on them keeping my money. 1 starThey leave trash in our trash can complained to them about this issue and sent them pictures. Yesterday 1/19/23 was trash pick up for us and its still 1/3 full complained said issue will be resolved today is friday and still havent picked up the rest of our trash still in the can. The customer sent an email in regarding this issue. Below is the email response we sent back.We apologize for this inconvenience. When a cart is packed full of trash, items such as boxes do get stuck in there. We recommend putting broken down boxes next to your cart or making sure the trash in your cart is loose enough that it is able to be dumped. I have spoken with your driver to make sure this issue is resolved. We did make a work order for the driver to make sure the can is emptied all the way.Review fromKaren S.

5 starsThis company really does try to do a good job. Their job is one of the least appreciated jobs out there! People need to give all trash companies some grace. Keep up the good work!
