    I called AAA on Monday April 17, 2023 requesting a tow truck. I personally spoke with a live agent on the phone and gave *** ****** *** address and waited the expected hour arrival (8:55pm). After 9:15pm and no word from the towing company, I then called AAA again but they were closed and I was only able to use teleprompts but requested a new tow truck. I googled ******* ****** and called them but no answer and then texted them but no answer. I then noticed a voicemail from their driver "*****" and immediately called him back. He informed us that he went to 105 Veterans Blvd (nowhere close to the address) and he was annoyed that no one was there. He told me to call AAA. I told him that I had already called AAA and requested a new tow that also got assigned to the same Chris' Towing but he kept cutting me off. I finally asked him if I could finish speaking. He let out a big huff and long period of silence and then said go ahead. I told him it was no fault of him and no fault of ours but that we requested a new tow that got assigned to Chris' Towing as well and was it going to be him or someone else with his company coming. He said it wasn't going to be him and said we could talk to his supervisor. I asked name of his supervisor and he would not provide it and then hung up on us. My friend then called Chris' Towing and they answered the phone (b/c it wasn't my phone #) and Chris answered the phone and stated we were rude to his driver. In actuality, it was his driver that was rude to us. Chris stated that ***** "wasn't even on the ******* schedule to work tonight" and cursing at us is HIGHLY unprofessional. He also stated that ***** called us 2-3 hours prior when it had not been that long. He then told us that they were not going to tow our vehicle and to find someone else. It took us until 11:30pm to find another company to tow us. This other company stated they have heard similar stories from other customers that Chris' Towing does this frequently and still get paid
