I have an issue with federal gas because I called up to order gas she asked me to look in my tank to see how much I have in there when I open a lid I told her I smell a little gas The lady said they own the gas tank so there will be no charge unless it's beyond the gas tank for me to turn the gas off when I went out there and notice the gas is barely smelling it's only when I opened that top lid so I called them up the cancel they canceled the people to come out 3 hours later people come out and they told me they just got the message it was canceled No charge try offering water each a bottle and and they said well what was the problem anyways and I showed him he looked at it and he'd typing 2 s**** That holds the gauge to tell you what you have left in the tank and they left and they left they told me no charge urge well I got a message saying I owe 200 then they backed it down to 100 and they tell me $75 I feel I don't owe them are ***** I canceled it they said they own the tank then they tell me I own it after the people were here that they made a mistake as as a miscommunication They made a mistake they've told me they owned it so now I want to make a complaint Can you help me

We received a card from ferrellgas saying our lease on the 250 gallon propane tank is going up to ****** per year when we have been renting it for ***** per year since 2011. Our tank is full of propain and we havent been able to go up north because my husband has been in and out of hospital. They are still charging others ***** per year but are punishing us because we have not used any of our propane and have not had to refill it. They are saying if we do not pay the ****** by Sept 5 ***** they will come and get the tank and charge us anouther ****** to pick it up. This is not right. There was never an agreement we had to use the propane in a certain amount of time. We are retired so not having a lot of money to pay them ****** for something that was out of our control. We signed the lease for ***** per year back in 2011 and have not had any issues with them previusly. I have also sent a letter to the attorney general and they gave me your information to report it to you also. If you call the local office the secretary says she only answers the phone thats about all.

My husband and I just completed the construction on our new home and had a new propane tank installed. Ferrellgas offered a good rate on filling our new tank, ********** up to have a delivery of 200 gallons on June 15, 2022. Driver arrived when we were on our way to our closing on our home, therefore we were unable to be present. When we verified the level of propane in the tank, the gauge shows only 150 gallons. We took a picture to document the gauge reading. We call the company on June 20, 2022, we were told that they will have it researched and call back. We never received a call back. So, I called again on July 7, 2022. The clerk check with a manager and stated my gauge probably isnt registering properly. My response was that everything is brand new and was tested. The offered to charge me an additional fee to test the gauge. I indicated that this is unfair, my equipment is new. If there is an issue on my end, Im willing to pay but I feel that the proper amount was not put into my tank. The gauge still reads 150 gallons to date. Therefore, there is no leakage and no change in the gauge.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: PLEASE BEWARE!I found out today, 5/24/22 that my account had been red flagged for some disconnect in my home. The last service was 3/17/21. I was not made aware that there was some gas appliance per the technician, that was not connected. As of this day I still don't know. However, the service girl, ****** is telling me that I now have to pay $139.95 to have a service check to my system before I can have my gas unit refilled. They call it a red flag installation tag. This poor unaccepatable communication AND service is what I call it and at the prices of gas today, it's not good honest business. What if's are at the forfront of my mind. Thank God nothing happened. But maybe it's time to look for another gas service company. The service ******************, kept repeating to me what her records read, like I didn't understand what she said the first 3 times. It doesn't negate the fact that non of this was brought to my attention, the customer. Not even a freaking call, making sure I was aware at that time, over a year ago. Never the less the technician filled the tank, even though there was a "RED TAG" situation. A situation that will now cost me to check and or repair before I can make an order for gas in my unit. I WISH I COULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE CONTINUING TO USE THIS COMPANY. I took over after my mother passed away and OMG, what a mistake.

I would avoid this company. Although I have never had an issue with their delivery I have had a significant issue with their billing.I have been with this company for over 5 years. I have never received a **** that isn't charging me for late charges indicating that my **** is over due and there are always multiple invoices that make it impossible to figure out whether the **** is accurate or not. I have paid the bills within a week of receiving them and have been doing so for over 5 years. I have called them on at least 5 difference occasions to try and figure this out. The latest reason for the issue was that this is a business account (even though they are servicing a residence) and that to get billed properly I must fill out a credit application. Why I would need to do that is beyond me but I did it anyway. That was 3 months ago and still getting the same **** with late charges. I don't know how this company stays in business other than there are few options to change to.I will be looking for. a new company.
