    I purchased a scooter from MobilityScooTrike.com in 2023. At the time of purchase, I was not made aware of any restrictions or conditions that would later prevent me from seeking support for defective parts.

    In August 2025, the scooter’s battery charger failed unexpectedly, making the scooter unusable. When I contacted customer support, I was met with unhelpful responses and was told I should have documented shipping container damage at delivery—something irrelevant to a charger or battery defect that only became apparent nearly two years later.

    The company has refused to acknowledge the possibility of a defective product, and instead placed all responsibility on me, despite the fact that this was a hidden defect that could not have been identified at delivery. Their stance is unreasonable and leaves the customer without recourse for a product that clearly failed prematurely.

    This incident raises concerns not only about the durability of the scooter and its components but also about the company’s accountability and customer support practices. Customers deserve to know if they will be supported when their purchase fails within a normal lifespan of use.

    I am requesting that \[Company Name] take responsibility for this defective battery/charger issue by either:

    * Providing a replacement battery/charger at no cost, or
    * Offering a fair reimbursement or credit toward a working replacement.

    Without resolution, I feel this company is engaging in unfair business practices by refusing to stand behind its products.
