      ***** in the customer service i rate you a minus 100 for you non caring about if a patient has a disability and POA and your behalf side manors stink.

      I went to Freeman Hospital with after being referred from Freeman urgent Care. While I was in urgent Care they did a urinalysis and a EKG even though it was my right side of my stomach that was in pain. After arriving at Freeman Hospital they told me they could not be you the urgent Care test results and redid the urinalysis and a blood test and didn't chest x-ray. I sat there for 6 hours waiting to be called back until finally at midnight I said enough I could not stand the pain of sitting in a chair all night long. I went home and slept for a few hours and then returned in the morning because I didn't want to have to have test done at a different hospital again. I sat there another 6 hours waiting to see any ER doctor. Finally my husband said that we should go to another hospital. We asked for my test results but they refuse to give them to me since they were not signed off by a doctor. I ended up going to another hospital and receiving help but I had to have all the tests done all over again. Freeman Hospital cannot manage patient care and they should be investigated.

      They do not even deserve 1 star! Freeman is a joke! They offer financial assistance yeah right! When you submit everything they request numerous times, they will claim they never received it. Then they turn you over to their attorney. You always end up losing in court no matter what! They can lie and always get away with it. Where is the justice in this country! That hospital needs a class in morals and treating people fair. They DO NOT care about people, only MONEY and suiing people.
