    My car was taken to wrenchin ricks auto on 4-7-23 due to it dying while driving. The car started and idled fine. He told me it would be a week job and it was spark plugs and cam shaft sensor. Anytime I called to ask he either wouldn't answer or he would keep telling me he was receiving bad parts. After 20 days of run around I finally had to tow my car from a random parking lot he left it in and was threatened about doing so. He forced payment of $627.86 before the car was "done" and my car is now worse off then before. It no longer will start and I don't think he even replaced the parts. I now am out $627 AND have to take it to a new mechanic to fix what he messed up. I don't believe I owed him ANY money seeing as he didn't do anything to my car but break it more. He's unprofessional threatened me and lied repeatedly. I had to tow my car from a random parking lot at 9 at night on 4-27-23 because of this "mechanic" I want a full refund and I will be having a mechanic write a report as to whether the parts he claimed he changed are even new. At no point should I have had to pay for my car to be messed up and sit somewhere I couldn't check on it for almost a month.
