    There is a collection account on my credit report listed as Account Resolution Corp. I have never heard of nor from this person prior to this account being furnished and published to my consumer credit reports. After further investigation into this account, this company has no license or bond in the state of ***** to collect debt. Beyond never sending me any notice or opportunity to dispute this alleged debt prior to putting in on my credit reports, they have no legal right to attempt to do so. Insane how these companies are allowed to illegally violate and damage a consumers credit with no recourse. Especially when these are federal violations. I have sent notice to Account Resolution Corp (the name listed on my reports.) I have also submitted complaints to the ****. They have not responded. I will uploaded them as attachments here. This company should not be reporting anything to my consumer reports and should adhere to federal laws that pertain to this matter.

    Account Resolution Corporation (ARC) received this complaint ******** on 8/24/25.
    The consumer indicates in the complaint that ARC is neither bonded nor licensed to collect in *****. The consumer also indicates that validation notice was not provided to the consumer. The consumers desired resolution is for ARC to remove the account from credit reporting and cease collection activity.
    ARC has reviewed the complaint. ARC sent a validation notice on 6/15/24 to the consumer.Texas does not require a license for collection agencies. ********************** has obtained a surety bond as required by Texas law. ARC has closed the account and will not contact the consumer further about the matter. ARC has also requested that the credit reporting agencies delete the account from the consumers credit report.
    ***** P. ********* President of ARC would typically attempt to reach the consumer, however the consumer has requested collection activity cease. ARC would like the consumer to know that their office is available to discuss the account/complaint at any time. As it relates to the consumers request that the account is removed from the credit reporting agencies, ARC would like the consumer to know that a request for deletion was submitted on 8/25/25. Since the consumer has received a validation notice, the account is closed at ARC, and a request for deletion was submitted to the credit reporting agencies, there was nothing further for ARC to do at this time as it relates to the complaint. However, ARC remains available to discuss the complaint with the consumer at any time.

    The consumer indicates in the complaint that the consumer is not liable for the debt because the consumer does not have a contract with ARC.     Upon receipt of complaint, ARC reviewed the account. ARC has agreements with creditors to forward account for collection. An agreement is not required between the consumer and ARC. Validation of the debt was sent to the consumer on 6/13/25.
    The President of ARC, ***** ****, attempted to call the consumer on 8/8/25 to discuss the account and complaint, however, Mr. **** was not able to reach the consumer.  ARC would like the consumer to know that their office is available to discuss the account/complaint at any time. As it relates to the consumers request for a correction to the credit report, ARC would like the consumer to know that the account appears to be reporting accurately. Since a contract between ARC and the consumer is not necessary, validation of the debt was sent to the consumer, and there was nothing further for ARC to do at this time as it relates to the complaint. However,ARC remains available to discuss the complaint with the consumer at any time.

    Debt validation was mailed to the consumer in August 2024. An agreement is not required between the consumer and ARC.
