    This business sent a vendor out per my landlords request for a leak. Upon arrival after multiple no shows of appointments the technician apparently applied Kills paint all through the stairwell and basement to cover mold. Frome the significant amount of u safe fumes my 3 month old, 2 year old, husband, myself, and 3 dogs were displaced and had to find somewhere else to stay as it was not safe to allow ourselves or our very young children to continue to breathe in the fumes. ADV Properties is advising their technician took it into their own hands to apply the killz paint without approval. I am requesting reimbursement for the expense they cost us for safety reasons.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

    The issue has not been resolved. I have not received reimbursement for my out of pocket expenses nor have I received confirmation from ADV Properties.

     

    Furthermore, the technicians they continue to send schedule appointments and continue not to show up. As supported in the photos of the text messages provided.
