    On August 1st 2022 I went to RNR rentals to get tires. I was absolutely desperate since the condition of my tires had become unsafe. I feared I would have a wreck that could hurt my children or an innocent driver. I couldn't afford new tires and the only alternative was to get them from a place where I knew that I would pay double what they were worth. I ended up receiving 4 tires and I signed some paperwork. I misplaced the contract paperwork within the first couple of days but didn't think much about it. I guess I'm naive enough to think that the vast majority of businesses would never do anything as unethical and immoral as what Rent and Roll did to me. I was going through a box a few days ago and saw that my original agreement was for $92.00 monthly. However I was paying around $135.00 monthly and couldn't figure out why. Well, I had evidently been signed up for have for 3 different things that I had no idea about. The "Road Warrior Elite Program" which would fix flats and give you alignments when needed. I was told about this but I thought it was something that was complimentary. Had I known this was $20 every month I would immediately have said that I was not interested. Then I saw where I was paying $12.50 for something called "Roll Pro" which I have no clue about, and another $12.50 for a Road Hazard Warranty that I also was not told about.about. So I've been paying $44.00 a month extra for things that I absolutely did not want and did not agree too. I feel bad enough that I'm paying for used tires that only desperate and poor people would pay for, I have been paying $44.00 a month extra for something I didn't agree to, I have never used and I can't afford. Only the most morally corrupt business would allow this to happen. Please help me. I want reimbursed but more importantly, I want everyone to know about this disgusting business.

    ALL FEES ON THE AGREEMENT ARE AGREED TO AND SIGNED OFF ON BY THE CUSTOMER ******** ****** ON THE DATE OF THE AGREEMENT 8.1.2022. I HAVE FOUND NO FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR OR CHARGES ON OUR BEHALF. ONCE NOTIFIED A YEAR LATER BY THE CUSTOMER THAT HE DID NOT WANT TO PAY FOR PROTECTION ANYMORE WE REMOVED THE FEES FROM FUTURE BILLINGS. AS WE COULD HAVE DONE AT ANYTIME IN THE LAST YEAR. I HAVE ATTACHED HIS SIGNED AGREEMENT INCLUDING HIS ACCEPTANCE INTO OUR PROTECTION PROGRAM IN WHICH HE SIGNED AND DATED AS WELL AS INITIALED. GOING FOWARD WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING ANY PORTION OF THE PAID INTO FEES TO STEPHEN HEICK AS THEY WERE PART OF OUR AGREEMENT.
