    This business was to remodal our house after we had a house fire. He started this job December of last year. He repaired the roof and started to put the windows back in and didnt even finish doinh that. He received money from insurance for plumbing, electricity and to finish the house once he received money. He would agree to meet to talk about the house after not working on it for 6 weeks. Then not show. He said the plumber and electrician were already paid but no work was done. When asked for proof or even receipts he couldnt provide any of it. Now he won't respond or answer calls. The house has sat for months untouched. Now we're scrambling trying to get someone to finish the house with what little money is left so we can finally move back home.

    First and foremost I have tried contacting ******** personally after she took the key so my contractors could not get in to work. As well as be harassed by her family members and constantly stating I will only be communicating with the homeowner. The homeowner is also claiming stolen personal property that was locked and caged down is my companies fault when is personal property and I was not at the jobsite when I boarded the windows and locked doors house was secure. 
    Third, only a portion of the project has been paid for and even after my completion of the project the house will not be livable unless paid for otherwise.

    In August of 2022 we contracted with this company to do some siding work on a rental home we manage at ***** ****** ******** ***** ******. After a few days it was determined and agreed upon by both parties that this job was too large and complicated for this company. They agreed to take the money given by us as a deposit ($4,092.19) on the ****** home and move those funds to another home that needed work at **** * *** ** **** **** ** ******** ****. After 3 more weeks of no progress on the **** home in which day after day they promised to show up, but failed to do so they finally agreed to determine how much work they did do and subtract that from the $4,092.19 and give us a figure representing the amount the would refund us. We are still waiting for that amount.

    For the client of **** **** we showed up multiple days we were told leave we just had our son so there was a week we’re we were not able to show up we replaced all the woodrot on the bottom floor and garage with extra and we had 8 linear ft left to replace **** picked he did not want us to finish and refund all of his money when we did 1,800$ in just Powerwashing for both the houses When I told them there was nothing left in the budget and we were owed money if we completely finished they proceeded to take 1,200$ in ladders from the company and say they were going to press charges and said we were stealing there money when work has been done
