    I purchased a Sunesta Sunroll Shade from the Sunesta Dealer, Shade Your World in ********, **. The motor went out and it is under warranty. The Dealer ordered a new motor months ago and will not come to install or give me a phone number to make a claim with the company. *** at Shade Your World is no longer answering my calls. It took months for her to acknowledge she has the motor and gave me four dates to install which each time they never showed up to install.

    Shade your World was contacted mid August  in Mid  September  they confirmed it was the motor and ordered a new motor took 3 months to get it brought to the house without the proper equipment to install. Came back two weeks later with the scaffolding but then decided it was too cold and windy.  Promising they would. Come back the next day early. Today they are a no show again.  I have talked with them a minimum of 30 times to install the motor that is under warranty. No success as of today 12/19/24

    We resolved this issue for the customer, it did take some time but it has been completed.
