      I leased a apartment from them in Dexter, Mo. for a year and when that was up I went month to month. I paid what they told me I owed. I moved out 08/31/2023 I cleaned the apartment. There was no damage what so ever. I asked for my security deposit back I received a bill with made up charges stating that I owed $60 per month from May to August for rent even though I paid through the portal and they did not say anything then, flooring damage for $35.00, and charged me 8 hours of cleaning in the amount $360.00 the apartment is only 500 square ft. So, they are attempting to keep my security deposit in the amount of $495 on top of sending them $151.71 for these made up charges. I would like for my security deposit refund except for the charge for the water bill in the amount of $11.00. So that total would be $484 for a total refund.

        Ms. ******* continued to give us move out notices and moving it back.  We did notify her that those charges were missed but added to her account and it is stated in her lease.  The bill I received from our cleaning lady charged us for eight hours of cleaning of apartment.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I left the apartment clean and I should not have to pay for cleaning that was not needed   If their cleaning lady overcharged, that should be their problem. There was absolutely no damage to the floor as they stated and I paid my rent in full as stated on their payment portal each month. They decided to go back and charge extra on the rent for the last four months. I should receive my full security deposit back as all of these charges are bogus

      We have shared the images from our cleaning staff of the state the apartment was left in, including the floor damages. We have also provided a screen shot of when Ms. ******* was informed of the month to month charges being on her account as it is outlined in the lease we had with her.
