  These guys are incredibly rude & unprofessional, & I am appalled at the lack of accountability of this crew. This company performed work at my neighbor's house on a tree on the opposite side of their backyard. The tree service arrived just before 8 a.m., and I took my dogs outside immediately after. I was outside with the dogs, & observed that my backyard gate was closed and latched shut. There were various noises during tree removal, which I totally understand. But from where I was working in my living room, I could hear the limbs they were removing scraping the side of the house as they went through the side yard. Later in the morning, I looked out the window & noticed that the gate to my backyard was open. My husband went outside and noticed that the downspout extender & a pest control station had been moved as well. He asked them if they had opened the backyard gate. They denied that they were responsible in any way. I took photos & noted that there are dead leaves in our front yard that were not there before as well. While I was taking photos, someone on their dump truck asked me if anything was wrong. I said, "Yes," and reiterated the situation my husband had already spoken to them about.
  
  Another worker, a younger man, told me I was wrong, that they did not touch the gate or the other areas of my home. He repeatedly cut me off and said I was lying. What is my motivation to lie about this? Just apologize that, in the process of removing the tree, your equipment or tree limbs knocked these items out of place -- but also notice what has happened during the course of your work, & close the gate. I told this younger worker, who was standing in my yard, that he did not have permission to be in my yard during work at another person's home. He told me I am "petty." The fact of the matter is, if I hadn't noticed the gate & let my dogs out, something tragic could have happened. We live less than a block from a major intersection!

  They quoted trimming our trees and grinding all the stumps. After trimming the trees, told us they were two weeks backed up on stump grinding and took only $300 off the bill, saying they would be back to finish. It's now 4 months later and after twice asking if they'd be back, which they said yes, they have never returned and of course they never intended to. Deeply disappointed and now forced to spend a lot more to find someone else to grind the stumps. Do not recommend, terrible company.

  I contracted with Happy Lemon Tree Service back in 2022 to cut two trees and trim another. He was to cut the trunks into 18" sizes for me to split them into firewood. I also told him he could leave the brush on my property for me to burn as a convenience to him. He had to haul away nothing from my property. He was given Wednesday, Sept 14th and Friday, Sept 16th to perform the job. He showed up at 5:50 PM on Wednesday to start the job. His crew worked until 7:20 PM then packed up. I went to his truck to inform him that Thursday AM I was unavailable, which is why I gave him Wed and Fri. He said he would have his crew come later on Thursday and he would return for the walkthrough and payment Thursday (9/15) afternoon. I said fine. On my way back home I picked up a Cashier's check for the agreed upon amount and came home. His team was gone and I was woefully disappointed with the job. I awaited for him to come that afternoon and he never did. I left the wood on my patio for 6 weeks before I cut the wood myself. We exchanged e-mails, but he would never come back to either see the completion or discuss my dissatisfaction. He contacted me in Oct. 2023 requesting payment and I informed him he still never came by, so he still hasn't received payment. In an e-mail he stated that from his perspective, the job was done. His arrogance was breathtaking as I am the customer, not him. He also did extensive damage to my yard with his bobcat that I spent a few hundred dollars to repair. As of this writing, he has not been paid and I'm fine with that. The job is finished.

  The ‘customer’ listed above still has an outstanding balance due. The business has chosen to write this account off to bad debt and red flagged against any and all future service bookings with the above ‘customer’.
  
  Attempts have been made on multiple occasions to collect the debt.
  
  Unfortunately even with a balance due, the ‘customer’ has chosen to file a complaint even though all services have been rendered and balances unpaid
