    i had them install a guttering system on a new garage i had built. It was installed last June, 2024, Since then we finally had some significant rain fall over a month ago and both sides were over running the gutter systems in the middle, as though they weren't installed at a slight slant for drainage. The overflow is running under the building and inside on one side and on the other side it is washing away the foundation. i have contacted him by text messages numberous times with no response since April 25th of this year. He did respond the first time stating he was working in Iowa and his phone wasn't getting good service, he said he'd contact me later. Now after many attempts to call and text him he has not responded since.

    At the request of *** *******, I installed gutters in the summer of 2024. Please find attached photos of the gutter after install— they are intact without sagging and were properly mounted. The gutters are the only work that *** ******* hired me to complete. Gutters alone are not responsible for drainage and water management. Gutters must be combined with downspouts and drainage systems on the ground such as tiles. *** ******* did not request any of that work from me. *** ******* told me that the gutters were damaged by ice over the winter. If there were a problem with the gutters upon install, I would be willing to work on a resolution. Since the issue is from storm damage, and not from installation, there is nothing I can do to resolve *** *******’s complaint.
