      I completed a mystery shop on June 21, 2022 & still haven't gotten paid. I've emailed Best Mark with no response. My account kept pushing the payout date back to 8/15/22. It is 8/23/22 and I have yet to get paid or a response.

      Wow they used to be legit I'm glad I only did one ************ I'm only out 20 bucks. I was wondering why my payment was the late cuz they always used to pay by the end of the month. No more shops for these people because they're not answering my emails or calls either..

      I havent received payment for shops I have completed in June and July. I have emailed them several times and was told that it can take up to 6 weeks to receive payment. Its been more than 6 weeks for some of my shops and I have left several emails and voice mails and no one has reached out.

      I guess Im not the only one complaining about payment, I did a mystery shop on June 3rd 2022, estimated pay time was until July 31st then august 15th it is august 19th and no payment at all, I have sent emails and no response or payment, luckily it was my first and last mystery shop.

      Like many others, I am also awaiting payment and reimbursement for jobs that were performed in May and June. Sending emails to the scheduler does not help in any way. Emailing the company does not produce results and the phone number provided by the company is not answered by a human. It seems legal advice might be advisable for those who are out significant unpaid reimbursements.

      Unfortunately I am now adding to this post of unhappy customers. I was not thinking that there would be any problem with payouts until looking in further. Same run around of not getting paid assignments are 3 months old. I keep getting emails from ********************* senior advisor--I sent back why would I continue to do these assignments without being paid for past ones. Really liked doing the assignments too close to home so this is a huge disappointment.

      Like others I have not been paid for my work. To make matters worse they require their shoppers to spend their own money which they state will be reimbursed. This has not happened. So not only are we not getting paid for the work we are doing, we are out additional money we were required to spend by BestMark. BBB at what point do you shut BestMark down and protect others from the same fate we have suffered.
