    I am writing to formally report and seek resolution regarding a series of concerning incidents at your Roccos location on ****************. As a regular customer who values the quality of service and food provided by Roccos, I feel compelled to address a pattern of behavior that appears intentionally unprofessional and targeted.On August 3rd, I visited your establishment and encountered dismissive and unprofessional behavior from the cashier. When I addressed the lack of courteous service, the cashiers response was confrontational. Since that time, I have visited the ********* location seven times, and each visit has involved what appears to be deliberate, prolonged stares from multiple employees, which have left me feeling **************** most recent visit on October 29th highlighted my concerns further. I placed an order for pasta at 6:33 PM and arrived at 6:59 PMapproximately ***************************** line with the estimated preparation time. Upon receiving my order and returning home, I discovered that the pasta was barely warm to the touch and nearly cold upon tasting. This contrasts sharply with my previous experiences, where the pasta was always served hot.Given the context of previous interactions, this experience has raised serious concerns about potential intentional misconduct in handling my order. I respectfully request that you review the video footage from August 3rd and October 29th to assess employee behavior and food handling procedures. It is my hope that this review will reveal any misconduct and allow for corrective measures if needed.
