    I received defective product where the adhesive came off LED tape light and stayed with the backing. ***************** instead of saying defective, continued to say I destroyed the product (by opening), so they did not accept returns. They eventually begrudgingly agreed to a return, but only issued a partial credit after I shipped the product back to them. They took the product back and stole my money. Dont make the same mistake as I did, use a reputable supplier.

    Bad customer experience. Great when they are "selling", terrible when they have to stand behind their product. Aspect does not honor their warranty - full stop. When ordering new product, sales person states - product is in stock and will ship in next 1-2 days, but they do state, if their inventory view may be incorrect, and if so, order will be custom - this occurred to an order I placed. CS agent pointed me to statement - customer orders can take ***** business day. When I emailed to cancel an order that took > 15 days - I was advised I could not cancel as this was custom ordered. For a $214 order - they have sure convinced me to NEVER use this company again. On the ** mission to share the message!!!!! Buyer be aware.
