    We are reaching out to share our experience with this timeshare company. Our company has been the owner of this timeshare contract, which was acquired after a tragedy, yet it has been of little to no value to us. Despite numerous attempts to contact Breezy Point Timeshare for copies of the bylaws, management agreements, and contracts, including a certified letter sent by our corporate attorney in December 2019, we have been consistently ignored. Over the years, weve only used the timeshare three times. During on the visits, the property was so poorly maintained we couldn't even stay the night. Given its lack of utility, the poor condition of the property, and the complete lack of communication from the management company, we are requesting the cancellation of this contract. This has been an ongoing issue, and we have exhausted all efforts to resolve it. We demand this company take our specific circumstances into consideration and allow us to be released from this contract.

There is a different Breezy Point that is on ************ in Breezy Point, ** and they do have time shares. We share a name but we are not affiliated so there is no way that I can help you. Their website is **************************  I believe that is the resort that you need to contact.

    This complaint against Breezy Point is due to them keeping me trapped in an unfair agreement that I have made clear to them I cannot afford and that I am not satisfied with, and their lack of assistance or care for my situation. I have tried to resolve this with them directly on numerous occasions and I have been open to any reasonable solutions, but they have refused to meet me halfway and would rather send me to collections so they can argue that I am no longer their problem. My issue with this is that they are the ones that hold any power regarding the cancellation of the agreement, and they are taking this responsibility too lightly and simply allowing me to suffer because of it rather than do anything to make this right. To keep it brief, my grievances with Breezy Point Management revolve around their lack of communication and assistance in my requests for timeshare cancellation, leading to undue stress and financial strain. Despite previous years of diligently meeting my financial obligations, my situation has been disregarded, and my issues have been handed off to a collection agency, further complicating matters. The rising costs of annual maintenance fees, coupled with my inability to utilize the timeshare benefits due to my current health conditions and status as a senior citizen on a fixed income, render this investment impractical. Therefore, I am seeking immediate cancellation of my timeshare ownership under contract #****, hoping for a resolution that reflects understanding and compassion from Breezy Point since they have no shown me neither up to this point.

    It seems that *********************, the person in charge of addressing our concerns about our timeshare, is more interested in referring us to Breezy Point resort than actually addressing the issues we have brought to her attention. What makes this even more unsettling is the fact that ******** Management, the company that *** works for, owns Breezy Point resort. It's not hard to wonder why *** would rather pass the buck than deal with the problems that have been brought to her attention. We were misled and misrepresented when we were sold this timeshare. We were promised an affordable, once in a lifetime opportunity to vacation whenever we wanted. But the reality couldn't be further from the truth. It seems like the sales staff is more interested in manipulating new customers rather than being truthful. It would be one thing if there was an honest effort to remedy the situation, but instead we're being treated like we're obligated to pay for something that we were lied to about. It's hard not to feel like we're being taken advantage of by a greedy group of crooks.

    There is another resort also named Breezy Point Resort but it is on Pelican Lake in Breezy Point, ** - They have a resort and also timeshares.

    Who is running the show at Breezy Point Resorts? We cant get an answer from *********************, ********** or Breezy Point on how to cancel our contract. Everyone keeps playing the were just an HOA, asking someone else to take on your responsibility is unfair card, but we didnt buy from an HOA. We bought it from a timeshare. Whos selling the timeshares? Who sells the timeshares to new owners when an owner passes away or can miraculously cancel their membership? THATS who we want to talk to. Whoever it is, we dont care, but someone can authorize an exit for **, and pointing fingers at each other does nothing for **. These complaints arent going to stop. We paid our maintenance fees as a sign of good faith last year, but we cant guarantee well make that mistake again. You got your money, do something for **.

    They have the wrong Breezy Point Resort. I am located on Straight Lake in Osage, **. The Breezy Point that has timeshares is on Pelican Lake in Breezy Point, ***.
