    When I first contracted with this company to clean my gutters on one side of my small house plus approx 8 feet over my front door, called with complaint that rather than scoop out the gutter, they used a leaf blower and blew it all over my patio furniture. We came to an agreement and I tried them again, the second time "seemed" ok and thorough...the third seemed also the same. Today I realized that they are not completing a complete cleaning of downspouts as advertised and paid for. While we have had a lot of rain, I was surprised by the humidity in my basement. During a hard rain today, I went out to investigate further and realized that one downspout is so clogged (as in 2 years worth just hosed down from the top, it has split the downspout and a good amount of water has been draining directly at the corner of my foundation. An official complaint will be filed. I would leave zero stars if that was an option. The best part is that this spring the price had gone up without notice though they did correct that after being called out....
