1 starOn 05/07/22 (Mother's Day weekend), Ms. Vanessa *********-AT&T Rep. approached, and offered me a new cell phone plan as I have mentioned with her that I am currently making payment with trade-in credit for my phones with T-Mobile. She has offered and ensured the following plan benefits: AT&T will pay off any amounts due to T-Mobiles on the devices. She offered me a trade-in program that I can trade in any phone from 7plus up, I just need to pay for one time sale tax and I won't have to pay anything after that. My monthly bill will only be 150.00. Since 05/07/22, I have been tried to call and text her with no response from her at all. On 06/07/22, I have escalated to Ms. Alicia who is the Vendor Manager at Target with this incident, she took all the information and she told me that we will send feedback to AT&T and would get back to me if she get any respond. On the same day, I visited AT&T corporate store and have learned the disturbing following information: 1. iPhone 7plus to 10 trades in only get $350.00 credit and iphone 11 and above will get 700.00 credit for each line. 2. I traded in six phones (three of 7plus, one iPhone 8 & two iPhone 12). As the result, I have to pay $12.50 each month for four lines and $2.75 for other two lines for a 36-month term. The total will be $2,000.00. On top of this, I am still making payment to T-Mobile around $1,200.00 now becoming due since she have deactivated my plans. I am very nervous now that I don't know how much my monthly bill will be since everything she told me was deceiving information. I was able to get hold of Mr. ******-Mobile Department Manager at Target on 6/7/2022 and reported the incident. He promised to get back to me on 6/9/2022. Base on what I learned, there are many complains about this Sale Rep. I am waiting to hear back from Mr. ****** for the outcome. I will take legal action if needed for unethical & professional practices: The financial damage is $3200. Still no has no contacts.Review fromItiolair G

1 starTarget at **** ****** ***** ****** ********* ** *****. Visited for purchasing food and attempted to pay at the register with my card. The self pay registers wouldn't accept payment for any of my cards. People had just finished using them and they worked, but when I attempted, none of my cards would be processed. The machine continued to the "Enter your pin or Press Enter" screen. I left without being able to complete my purchase.Review fromLee B

1 starPurchased a fire pit resulting in catching my deck on fire. Approximately $1000 in damages. Because I used the fire pit on my deck, they are declining paying anything out. I would not purchase any item from Target. Instead of doing the right thing and covering my repairs and removing the defective fire pit, they just removed it. Obviously Target does not stand behind their products. Completely disgusted in their response.Review fromIrma A.

3 starsPurchased an electric scooter for my granddaughter for Christmas. It was packaged as new but when she opened it, in spring after the snows stopped, it was obviously used. There was rust on the blots, mud on the tires and the foot board was all scuffed. The owners manual was missing as was some other part as there was only an empty box. When I contacted Target, they said it was pass the ninety day return window and would not do anything. I bought what was sold as new but had obviously been returned which has all the elements of a fraud either by an individual employee or the chain itself.Review fromSam B.

1 starI usually make most of my purchases online at Target and have been a long-standing customer. I had done a return request via Target’s process of creating a label and sending the products back. I received tracking back that the package made it to the Target Return Center, but the refund was denied. I called customer service to find out why it was denied and they placed me on hold and they internally messaged the Order Research Department. They customer service agent mentioned that the box I sent was delivered with no contents. There was supposed to be 6 boxes of trading cards contained in the one box. I told them that their own contracted mail courier of FedEx or the Target Returns Center stole the contents. Unfortunately, I do not have control of the FedEx label, so I can’t file a complaint with FedEx for an investigation. I asked for a refund and the customer service agent said I would have to respond to Order Research’s email. I responded to the email on four different occasions, because the Order Research Team gives a one sentence answer, “We cannot do anything at this time.” I found out that Order Research goes into the email queue and a different agent rewrites the same previous message to just clear the queue without actually calling the customer to resolve the issue. After a month of going back and forth and not receiving any email correspondence since May 10th, I had to call back again and spoke to a supervisor, Shelly (May 27th) who said she would look into it and give me a call back the same day. She said we have to investigate with Order Research and I mentioned, what are they going to do? It has been a month for Target to have done an investigation with Loss Prevention or the Target Fedex Rep? I still have not received a call or refund. My incident ticket number can be provided. For Target to hold my money and not issue a refund, when it is Target’s policy to also accept returns through mail and they also hold legal liability with FedEx. I need my refund.Review fromlori p

1 starI bought a Shark vacuum and it broke on me in a month. When i brought it back to the store, they refused to take it back even though they had the 2 other times I had to return this vacuum because I ran into the same problem. The woman I spoke to was cold as ice. She wanted to do nothing to help me and basically just wanted me to leave. I was never once rude, to her or the employees. I was in tears. Later I called the General Manager, Wes and WOW, I have never met a ruder man in my life. He basically accused me of breaking the vacuum even though it is a computer piece that keeps breaking. Then when I explained to him that every single time (separate months, different times of day) I walked back to the vacuum section and there was not a SINGLE Shark vacuum out there, he laughed at me. The tone in his voice and the whole conversation made my skin crawl. He also wanted to do nothing to help me. I have never been so mistreated by a store in my life. I will NEVER buy an electronic from Target EVER again. It's very unfortunate because I liked Target up until this. If I do any electronic buying, it will be at Walmart from now on. I truly don't even want to go back to the Washington Missouri Target but there is not much of a reason to because they are never stocked (shoulder shrug). I'm sure nothing will be done over this and Wes will just be allowed to continue to be rude to other customers as unfortunately bad managers never seem to get reprimanded for their poor abilities to run a store but this needed to be out there. I am thoroughly disgustedReview fromAndrea B

1 starI returned items to the store, received a receipt showing it went back on my Red Card, and then it never was posted to my account. There is no sign of the transactions on the card, but the items do show that they were returned in the order history. I have submitted messages, proof, copies of my receipts, and had plenty of correspondence. At this point, they have 'stolen' a significant amount of money from me and have considered the case 'resolved'.
