      ARCA Recycling is contracted with my electric company (Eversource) to come pickup old appliance and issue a rebate. I called and scheduled a pickup. The first available pickup was 3 weeks out. I scheduled and waited. As my pickup date approached I called and setup a "Contactless Pickup", which means the refrigerator needed to be outside AND plugged in. 7/28/23 was the date, and they no showed and no called. I called and rescheduled for 8/1/23. They again no called and no showed. They keep saying the route has been canceled. The next available appointment is another 3 weeks out (if I schedule whos to say they don't cancel again). My refrigerator has been out in the summer heat running not stop sucking electricity (because appliances need to be plugged in and in working order for rebate to be issued). I have tried speaking with multiple supervisors and have gotten nowhere. I would just like them to pick up my appliance. Thanks.
