    I am filing this complaint against Flom Disposal Service located at ********************************************A few weeks ago, they removed one of my garbage cans from my property without any explanation, notice, or consent. Ive been a customer at the same address for years, and I used to have two canstwo for garbage and one for recycling. Now I only have one trash can and one recycling bin.Following that, I received a bill dated July 25, 2025, which includes a notice that "garbage not fitting in can will be charged accordingly." This is clearly a setup: they remove a garbage can, then charge me extra when I can't fit all of my trash into the remaining one. This is unacceptable and feels like predatory billing.Whats worse, the only phone number listed on the bill *************) is not in service. I have tried multiple times, across several days, to contact them to resolve this, and there is no way to speak to a human being or file a complaint with the company directly. The address listed is just a payment dropbox. No customer ********************** is available.I believe this company is engaging in unethical, deceptive, and potentially fraudulent business practices by removing service without consent and then charging for what they caused.I am requesting:A return of the garbage can that was taken without notice Removal of any overage-related billing language or charges A functional customer ********************** number or method of contact An investigation into whether this behavior is happening to other customers as well This is not how waste management should be run, and I hope someone holds them accountable.

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced with our service. Your concerns are valid, and we take them seriously.
    We understand your frustration regarding the removal garbage can. As per the phone conversation you had with our customer ********************** representative on July 31st at 11:50am. The reason for the removal is the customer was only paying for one garbage container not two garbage containers.  The customer was offered to continue ********************** with two garbage containers at a different rate. Customer decided to continue ********************** with one garbage container.
    We apologize for the difficulty you've encountered in trying to reach us. The customer was able to reach us by phone on July 31st at 11:50am and spoke with our customer ********************** representative. If you cannot reach us by phone,you can always email us at *****************************************************
    Regarding the message, Garbage not fitting in can will be charged accordingly, is a standard notice that appears on all of our customer statements. This notice, along with four other routine messages, has been consistently included for several years. Please be assured that this is a general policy communication and not directed at any individual. We have reviewed our records and found no evidence of any customer being singled out,nor any indication of malicious intent or activity.
    We regret the negative experience youve had and appreciate your long-standing relationship with our service. We greatly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will take steps to ensure transparency and fairness in our operations.
