    On 1/18/2024 I had a consultation with ************, paid $49.00 by check to him. 1/22/2024 visit Healthsource claimed #*********** to my BCBS insurance Amount billed for Therapy Services$55 Therapy Services$65 Total $120 provider responsibility amount was $83.64 leaving me with out of pocket cost of $36.36 , Healthsource charged my HSA bank card $133.551/23/24 claim#*********** charged the same as above plus Therapy $40. insurance paid all but Provider responsibility amount is $115.73 leaving me out of pocket of $44.27 Healthsource charged my HSA $133.55 1/24/24 claim# *********** same charges as above to BCBS, Amount I owe $44.27 Healthsource charged my HSA$133.55 1/25/24 claim#*********** same charges as above to BCBS, Amount I owe $44.27 Healthsource charged my HSA $133.55 2/1/24 claim#*********** same charges to BCBS, Amount I owe, $44.27 Healthsource charged my HSA $133.55 2/6/24 claim# *********** same charges to BCBS, Amount I owe $44.27 Healthsource charged my HSA $133.55 2/7/24 claim# *********** same charges to BCBS, Amount I owe $44.27 Healthsource charged my HSA $133.55 2/8/24 Claim# *********** same charges plus outpatient charges of $25.00 to BCBS, I owe $66.77 Healthsource charged my HSA $133.55 Healthsource used my HSA credit card and charged $133.55 eight times plus I wrote one check for $49.00 = $1117.40 BCBS said I owe out of my pocket to Healthsource 6 claims of $44.27 plus one $36.36 and one for a charge of $66.77=$368.75 I was over charged $699.65 and want that money refunded.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I apologize I did not understand the bills I received from Healthsourse chiropractors.

    Please remove my claim 21595002 as I was somewhat mistaken about their billing.
