    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!I saw their ads on ******** for a S23 ultra, so I went to their store but they did not have the 512gb option that I wanted, but the worker said their online store has them... So I ordered a lavender S23 Ultra in excellent condition. The cost was $908 plus tax, so nearly $1,000 total. On their website it claimed that the item was in stock and would arrive to my house in 2 days.. I placed the order on Dec 14th. The next day, Dec 15th, I received an email from Wamatek saying that my order will be delayed because of backorder availability and that they will ship the phone within 4 business days with *** expedited shipping.. ok I understand it was the holidays and all, but why would you say it's in stock if items are backordered? I told them that it was fine, that I will wait for what I ordered and to proceed.A few days go by and I have yet to receive a tracking number for my order.. I emailed Wamatek support on Dec 21st asking for a tracking number and my estimated delivery day. The following day, Dec 22nd, I received an email saying that my order was cancelled and my credit card would be refunded. They mentioned that since I'm a local customer that they will hold a ********* ultra for me if I wanted to pick up the next day at noon.. I received this email at 6:30pm, they gave me less than a 16 hr notice on Christmas weekend... Yeah, that didn't happen.I received my refund on Dec 23, thankfully, but a couple of days later my credit card was charged $3000 in fraudulent purchases. I've had this card for two years and I've NEVER had fraudulent purchases at all.. or on any of my cards for that matter.The online site is a scam and I would never purchase from it or inside the store based off my experience. AVOID!!!

    Can not contact anyone I ordered phone 2 time get approved from bank but canceled by this company try to contact by phone , mail No answer what so ever ***************** scam and ***** please look into this company Thanks

    I bought a z fold 3 from here an wat they sent me was a z fold 1. I returned the phone to them am got an email saying I was refunded my money that I never received! My bank is investigating this transaction! This place needs shut down it is nothing more than false advertising an a scam to steal your money! Someone needs to do something to close this place and stop these thieves!

    I have two complaints. One, I ordered an unlocked phone, but when it arrived, it was locked to ***** which is not good for my area that I live in. I could unlock it okay, so that's okay. However, I didn't know that the phone was: ~Still under someone's account ~And that it was hacked. I only knew because I couldn't use my mobile data (Internet)! I had to pay around three hundred dollars to get this fixed! Why did Wamatek send a phone that was misleading?! Why would I want to pay more money than the phone was worth to fix it?!

    Im not very nice to companies that I think are shady or scammy, but everything about Wamatek is on the up and up. I placed my order for a Pixel 1 (to take advantage of the lifetime unlimited ****** photos and videos) and they shipped it the same day. It arrived via *** 2 days later in excellent condition, packaged carefully, and I got a fantastic price.For those with concerns about the ** verification, I was a little suspicious too but they are powered by Evident ** Verification which is a legitimate security solution. A lot of companies do this because of how prevalent credit card fraud is, companies take a loss when credit companies dont pay them for being negligent in verifying ** in cases of fraud. If youre worried, dont be! I give Wamatek 5/5 stars, could not be more satisfied with the whole process of my order, and will definitely be recommending them.
