    We have been trail riding here before and had no issues. However, when taking children the website sites not more than 50 inches tall for a pony ride and more than 52 for trail ride, leaving a 2 inch gap where the child supposedly cannot do anything. When asking on the phone about a child who is less than 52 inches but more than 50, I was told it would be fine and she could go. We measured at home to be sure. We got there and my child was turned away due to height. I did not measure incorrectly. My child was severely disappointed. The discrepancy in the height requirement is an issues that needs to be fixed. I am not mad about the height requirement. I understand it. I am mad about the miscommunication of information regarding the height requirements between phone and in person. My daughter did not deserve that.
