    It's been 5 days since my packages arrived at their warehouse 4/5/23. It was scheduled to be picked up 4/6/23 and delivered 4/7/23. They missed their scheduled pick up time, then they missed their scheduled delivery date, which I waited at home all day for. It's now 5 days later and my packages are still in their warehouse 4 hours away. The product inside my packages needs to be refrigerated. I don't understand why it's taking this long to be picked up, let alone delivered. My packages sat at their warehouse over the weekend and still haven't attempted to pick it up. I reached out and was told it'll be delivered tomorrow but I don't think that's going to happen at this rate. I have to sit home and wait for these packages as they need to be signed for. 5 days later and I've got nothing. Quite ironic for a business called On Time Delivery to be this flakey and untimely.
