      I found Pearson to be very frustrating for the semester I had to use it. I am a student who always gets homework assignments done, but this platform caused me to miss two and it didn't save a third one as well, causing me to lose over 200 points. It doesn't connect with my Canvas platform so you have to physically go to the site everyday to make sure you aren't missing any assignments. It also crashes out almost every time I use it, and takes forever to load. Very frustrating platform.

      I am writing this review to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the cancellation of my scheduled test in ********, ******, on November 23, 2024. I only received notification of the cancellation in the early hours of November 22, citing technical problems with the computers at the testing center. This sudden change has caused significant disruption, as I had made all necessary arrangements to travel for the test, including purchasing plane tickets and booking a hotel.Adding to the challenge, I am currently 30 weeks pregnant. My decision to schedule the test on November 23 was carefully planned to ensure I could travel safely. Unfortunately, the rescheduled test date of December 21 is unfeasible, as travel to distant states in ****** is strongly advised against for women beyond 30 weeks of pregnancy due to health risks.This situation has caused me considerable stress, both physically and emotionally, as I had prepared extensively for the original date and cannot feasibly take the test on the new date. Please help me find a solution that accommodates my situation, such as rescheduling the test at a location closer to my home in ************** or offering an online testing option if available.Given the financial burden of the canceled test (including airfare and hotel bookings), I kindly request reimbursement for my travel and accommodation expenses.

      This company should be banned from being a testing company. This company continues to rip consumers off who test through services offered at Pearson Vue a sub company to Pearson Education. First, problem that I have experienced is horrible customer *********************** that they provide. With the price of a test costing me $250. I expect to get someone on the phone that speaks well English. Instead, Pearson Education likes to rip off consumers by charging high test prices, but provides consumers with unanswered questions, left on wait 2-3 business days for an answer. Paying consumers need answers now. The BBB should fine them and have them investigated for treating consumers like this. Pearson is huge corporation taking advantage of the skilled labor force by forcing consumers to pick their testing services to take exams. As a consumer you have no way to get a refund, to have a discuss on this matter if you test at any of their locations. Services rendered at this company are of the worst you can imagine. **** this company down and rebuild it. If I could join a class action suit right now I would. Where is the accountability for this type of provider. They are the head of all testing. BBB must immediately revoke their business license to ensure no other consumer is scammed into paying for testing at a company who clearly does not care about the test taker in the *** when they are perfectly okay with charging expensive test prices and providing customer ********************** with foreign workers for less wages who can't even understand English the main spoken language used by the *************. Lastly, every test they provide should allow for consumers to take a restroom break. Not allowing people to take a restroom break is cruel and dehumanizing. People have to urinate or defecate when their body requires that process to happen. BBB please take down this organization. I want a refund of $241.36.

      Poor customer ********************** from ********************** about an ongoing technical issue. On October 2nd, I was promised an email update within 24 hours, but I never received any communication, which has caused significant frustration. It is now October 11th. I have been in the help chat for over two hours waiting to speak with a supervisor, but my requests have been met with unnecessary delays. During this time, I was repeatedly asked for the same information without any progress on resolving my Excel issue. The agents displayed a dismissive attitude and failed to acknowledge the urgency of my situation, which is impacting my academic performance. They made assumptions about my technical setup without verification, asked the same questions multiple times, and were unable to provide proof of previous communications. The inconsistent information and refusal to properly escalate my case only added to my frustration.

      Literally a joke . Due to a fraud charge on my bank account. I had to get a new bank card. I currently do not a bank card and still waiting for new one in the mail. I called to ask if they can just extend my monthly subscription a few days till it came in. The whole 11.95$ and they told me no. If payment isnt received by the 7th October mmy subscription would be closed . Well I cant access it now so if you ask me its already done . Unreal I hate this money hungry company

      Filing a formal complaint and seeking to pursue legal avenues. I purchased a prep for broker texas exam, the review did not provide any feedback or assistance regarding the correct responses for the incorrrect answers to help me study. I am beyond disapointed and called to get a refund. The folks that answered the phone were very combative and refused to assist me and instead decided to blame me. Their communication skills are 1 out of 100. So bad. I spent over an hour with them trying to get help and they chose to hang up on me after an hour wait!

      Extremely underfunded customer ********************** with little resources. I had urgent need of help as my ******* for my scheduled exam was nowhere to be found. It took them over 4 hours just to say it would take 2-3 business days to resolve it!?!?! Obviously poor customer ********************** experience.

      Purchased a brand new book and their access code didn't work. They wanted me to purchase a second copy of the book. This was after putting me on hold for over 1 hour pretending to work on the issue.

      They take peoples money for all test also they fail you no reason. But its the computer they use to grade test. I believe the computer knows how many times you have failed a test before you pass, also the that watches taking the test they will disconnect you during a test if they dont wanna be there then what happens you fail a test. You have to wait and it wasnt your fault. You ask for money back or retake in test sometimes its hard to prove your fault with them. You complain they want to resolve the matter because of complaints. They say take complaints down. I wish there was a Zero instead of one star. That computer grading system is like these electronics in the world they fail also.

      ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!! Failed me during my exam after answering 96 of *********************************************** the other room. They make it literally impossible to contact anyone about the situation, only hire foreign people Who don't have a clue how life really works and the company just simply doesn't care at all about the people using the platform. You people deserve every bad review and honestly should be investigated for unfair practices.
