1 starCustomer Support at **********************. is horrible. They sent me the wrong $500 part, I returned it for a replacement and I have heard NOTHING from them for over a month. I can't seem to get any answers. They were the ones who send me the wrong part even though I questioned the part number....now I have a flagpole I can't use. I only clicked "one star" because this review won't let me click "zero" stars!Flagpoles Etc

There was a delay in communication from when the part was received, as it has been over a year since you purchased this part. During this time, identifying the replacement became a challenge, especially with the holiday season. While our policy typically does not cover exchanges after such an extended period, we decided to make an exception. We aimed to understand precisely what was needed and agreed to exchange the item at no additional cost to you. This was our way of going above and beyond to help resolve the situation, despite the unusual circumstances. As soon as the part needed was understood a replacement was sent. We would rather take a moment to get the correct answer over assuming and sometimes that takes some patience. 3 starsI bought a 25 foot internal halyard with a Flag. I was contacted by the freight company and was told the truck was in an accident and the pole would be a few days later. When it arrived the packaging is very good no damage at all.. The problem is there is no Quality control. I called and asked for some instructions and got what i said I didn't need. Also it did not come with the snap covers and was told there extra. I looked at the web site and found what I thought, they were included. I called again and they are shipping them out. Also the lock on the halyard door did not have a nut on the back and I was told that's how it is supposed to be. ITS all floppy loose . and last thing If your going to put a sticker for your company on the pole at the very least put in on straight.ZERO QUALITY CONTROL-- ALSO NEED TO TRAIN THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLEReview fromMark R

5 starsAfter searching for a company to install a 25 flagpole in front of our new home we decided on FlagPoles Etc & could not be more pleased with all aspects of our transaction. From the wonderful customer service on the phone to get the order in, to the dedicated crew who installed the flagpole without issue, to shopping for new flags at their online store. 5 stars24Jan23 - Just had Flagpoles Etc install a 25' aluminum pole, the entire process was so easy and working with ********************* helped even more. I had the poor guy provide me probably 6 different combinations and each time he came back with cost and timing and told me to take my time and to b sure and happy with my choice. Installation was done on 1/23/23 and it was done much quicker than I expected. The installer was very professional, polite and well mannered; a good ambassador for your company.*********************** ********, **Flagpoles Etc

5 starsThis company removed a 70 ft flagpole and replaced it with an 80 ft flagpole. The entire process was completed efficiently. Area was cleaned up after installation was complete. Crew was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.Flagpoles Etc
