    On 5/11/20 we bought a Ramsond mini split ac unit from ******. Our property management company has reached out to Ramsond multiple times and they basically have put us on a wild goose chase. Here is the back story from day 1 of dealing with Ramsond: Initially we called and the *** board was determined to be bad. They sent a board but it was the wrong part. We had to ship that back, once they received that they sent the correct part. This worked for a few months. Then the unit malfunctioned again. We then spent time with their warranty service over the phone to determine the cause and time on the job testing the system to determine the problem. It was then determined that it was the *** board again. They sent a new *** board, it was replaced and the problem still exists. We then spent more time on the phone and testing the unit. It was them determined it could be the main board. They sent a main board, but that was the wrong part. After sending that back they sent the correct main board. After this the unit still did not work. We reached out but they have not contacted us. All of this was done by our property management company so cost us so much money and the company so much time. On top of this because of Ramsond taking so we have no choice but to install a new option, so we will be spending $4000 to install electric baseboard heating since we cannot get in touch with Ramsond. So now we have spent ~$8,500 on original system, ~$1,000 on original system install, ~$4,000 on new system, and ~$1,000 on service team calls working with Ramsond. On top of that our tenants left because of the heating problem so that cost us $1,100 for a month in lost rent and $1,100 in realtor fees. So all in all this has cost us about $16,700 all because Ramsond refused to honor their warranty (it is clear the system we bought from ****** was defective and it should have been replaced from the beginning instead of them sending us on a wild goose chase)
