My grandson changed the code on my Sentrysafe model sfw123es and I don’t know the code. He won’t tell me because he thinks it was funny. There is a default code that can be used if you need to change it on the back of the manual. Apparently, he tossed the manual in the trash. On May 9th, I went online and ordered a replacement. I received no confirmation of the order. After 10 days, I did not receive it. Thinking one of my neighbors got it, On May 20th I ordered another, and again received no confirmation of the order. Yes, I checked my spam box. I contacted them via a form on their web site on the 21st asking why I had not received a confirmation and told them I had purchased them twice. As of today, June 2nd, I have received no confirmation, nor response to the contact form. I called the 800 number this morning and got an answering machine that said the mailbox was full. I paid $119.00 for a product I cannot use. I have our trust documents in their!
