    Last week on Monday (5/27/2024) I ordered a set of Revshift trailing arms from FCP Euro, which when being shipped are dropshipped from Revshift directly. The item was supposed to ship within 3 business days. The item still has not been shipped to this day. I do not have a tracking number for this item and I have not received this item to this day. Revshift has failed to respond to FCP Euro when I contacted their customer service to find out the issue AND Revshift also failed to respond to my customer requests directly.

    ****: Hi, I placed an order last week for Revshift trailing arms on FCP Euro and was told that they are dropshipped by Revshift. To this day my trailing arms have not been shipped and I have not received them.

    The above correspondence was from **** to Revshift. There was a miscommunication from FCP Euro (a Revshift Distributor) which was quickly sorted out. The parts that **** ordered from FCP Euro are currently in transit with **** The tracking number is 1Z1A55990345558626.

    This complaint is invalid because **** did not do business with Revshift. He did business with FCP Euro which is a third party distributor who carries their own inventory. FCP Euro places stocking orders with Revshift to replenish their inventory. If their inventory runs out and someone orders from them then the part may ship directly from the manufacturer while the inventory is being restocked.
