    Purchased a solar system in 2019 and it has rarely operated correctly. I have had my battery replaced and rebuilt multiple times and now it has not worked for a year and I have contacted the installer regarding this last issue, paid their service fee of $350 and received nothing. ********** said manufacturer would not assist because he was not certified by **. I have contacted the installer *************** multiple times and no returned call. Will be filing a complaint with BBB regarding ************* as well but ********** is the company that made the faulty system and is providing no assistance.

    please know that ********* does not manufacture ** batteries, these batteries are manufactured by LG Chem.

    I purchased two LG Chem batteries and both were apart of the recall. One of my battery has been replaced by Novasource, but my 2nd battery hasn't been replaced. It's been over a year without a working battery system and no follow up. I need an update on my battery replacement or legal action will be taken.I did open a claim as well with my original installer Sunlux ticket#S2272
